Meizu 20 Classic to arrive tomorrow

Meizu, the smartphone company owned by automaker Geely, is launching a new smartphone tomorrow. The device will be called the Meizu 20 Classic and according to a leakster, it will have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

The same user posted an image of what appears to be promotional material on Weibo, suggesting that the new phone could be similar to the Meizu 20 but with a new memory variant and more color options.

The Meizu 20 is one of the three devices launched in March. It comes in four vibrant colors – green,
yellow, rose gold and black, and the image clearly indicates that three more colors are coming – dark green, white and silver. However, the new variant will have the M logo painted on the rear.

Meizu announced Flyme Auto at launch earlier this year and we’ll likely see the new Meizu 20 Classic deeply integrated with the upcoming Geely Galaxy E8, Polestar cars and Volvo and Lotus.

If our guesses are correct, the new Meizu 20 Classic will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 4,700 mAh battery with 67W fast charging and three cameras, one of which is surrounded by a ring-LED flash.
