OnePlus Open could be OnePlus’ first folding phone. OnePlus’ OnePlus V Fold, a much anticipated device. But it’s becoming pretty clear from tech leaks and news that OnePlus is opening up — first with the V Fold.
According to newly leaked renders at the OnePlus Open, the set will feature Snapdragon’s massive new chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. But still not sure if OnePlus will launch this device with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3! There are big surprises in this foldable smartphone video. A 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel optical zoom lens.
The device will have LPDDR5X RAM and up to 16GB of RAM. It will have a 7.8-inch foldable display and a 6.31-inch OLED panel as the cover display. According to a sensational report, the OnePlus Open phone will be available for $100 less than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5. According to German tech leaker, the phone will be launched on October 19 with a possible price tag of $1699.
